As Founder and Lead Dentist, she sets the practice’s clinical standards and treatment philosophy, shaping its approach to personalized treatment planning, patient education, and advanced dental technology — and its commitment to helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
Approach to care
Dr. Zadov’s approach combines clinical experience, clear communication, and individualized care. The care model she established begins with listening: understanding a patient’s history, concerns, and what they would like their dentistry to achieve over the long term.
In her role as Founder, Dr. Zadov provides clinical direction and oversight; day-to-day patient care is delivered by the practice’s dental team, working to the standards she has set.
