My Royal Dental

About

A calm, considered approach to modern dentistry

My Royal Dental was established to deliver thorough clinical care in an environment that feels unhurried, respectful, and easy to understand.

Our philosophy

Dentistry that explains itself

Good dentistry is not only technical. It is also the quality of the conversation that surrounds it.

Patients make better decisions when they understand what is happening in their mouth and why it matters. That is why every examination at My Royal Dental ends with an explanation, not a quotation: what we found, what it means, what can wait, and what should not.

We favour conservative treatment where it will achieve the same result, and we plan comprehensively so that preventive, restorative, and cosmetic work fit together rather than compete.

My Royal Dental was founded by Dr. Marianna Zadov, DDS. The practice is designed for people who value being listened to — including those who have avoided dental care in the past and would like to start again on different terms.

What guides us

Principles we apply to every appointment

Thorough diagnosis

We examine comprehensively before recommending anything, so treatment addresses causes rather than symptoms.

Honest options

Where more than one reasonable approach exists, you will hear about all of them, including doing nothing for now.

Comfort as a standard

Pacing, anaesthesia, and communication are planned deliberately, particularly for anxious patients.

Consistency over time

Detailed records and stable recall intervals allow us to track subtle changes across years of care.

Next step

Begin with a conversation

Tell us what you would like to change, or simply book a check-up. We will listen first, examine carefully, and explain your options in plain language.
